2026 Registration Process:

Follow this easy 3-Step Process to join New Farm United for the 2026 Season!

For MiniRoos (U6 – U12), Juniors (U13 – U18) and Senior teams (Metro teams & FQPL teams) - follow Steps 1, 2 & 3.

Masters (Over 35s/45s) - follow Steps 1 & 3 only.


STEP 1: Register with New Farm United Soccer Club

Click on the 'Register Now' button.

• Provide your details and pay club fees.
• Upload Play On Sports Voucher (if applicable).

At the end of Step 1, you will receive a link to continue to Step 2.


STEP 2: Register with Play Football (Football Australia)

• Pay Football Australia (FA) fees (processing fees will apply).
   U6-U18: $18
   Seniors: $42


At the end of Step 2, you'll receive a link to proceed to Step 3.


STEP 3: Register with Squadi (Football Queensland)

• Pay Football Queensland (FQ) fees (processing fees will apply):
  U6-U18: $66
  Seniors: $130
  Masters: $60


Important Notes:
All steps for your relevant team must be completed to confirm your team placement.
Players who skip any step are unable to play until registration is finalised.
Masters Players: After Step 3, complete an additional registration in the Footsy App.


Why Are There 3 Fees?

Each fee supports a different part of your football registration:

Club Fees: FQ affiliation fees, team jerseys (retained by the club at the season end), team photo and trophies, referee fees, ground maintenance, training equipment, Technical Director of Coaching, Club running costs.

Football Queensland Fees: Competitions, insurance, and grassroots programs.

Football Australia Fees: National teams and football infrastructure.

Terms and conditions

  • Each team will be rostered over the course of the season for field set up and pack up duty. As a member and/or parent you must contribute to this.

    I understand and agree that all players and parents must abide by the Code of Conduct. This is available on our website https://www.newfarmsoccer.com.au/club-policies/code-of-conduct/

    JUNIOR PLAYERS ONLY: I understand that any required medication can only be administered by player or player's parent/carer.

    All game day match jerseys must be returned to the Team Manager/Kit Bag at the conclusion of every match and are not to be taken home. The Team Manager will organise a washing roster.

    It is strongly recommended not to publish any photos or videos of children online. DO NOT identify children online.

    COACHING: As well as providing a fun and safe environment for your child, New Farm United is committed to providing your child the best footballing development opportunities from U6 to U18 ages.

    COACHES: If you are interested in football and in teaching kids football technique, then we encourage you to volunteer as a team coach. Training and support will be provided by the Clubs Technical Director.

    FINES: All players are personally liable for yellow and red card fines.

    Community teams have one training night and a game each weekend. Once your team has been finalised, your team manager and coach will be allocated a training night by the Club.

    I agree to register with Squadi and PlayFootball, and to PAY the FQ and FA fees. These are compulsory payments and once paid and approved covers you for insurance.
